ABOUT JAMES

James has been shooting still and moving images alongside agency creative, brand and editorial since 2000. He has a love for the outdoors and adventure and finds strange enjoyment in ultra marathon running, especially in hot, arid places. With a cool wife, crazy three-year-old and new baby girl as of 2016, he remains as passionate as ever about capturing great shots.

ABOUT THE SHOOT

James is looking for an adventurous, photogenic and enthusiastic adventurer or sportsperson, who is skilled in and practising both road and trail running and road cycling to a high level, for a two day photo shoot (mid January / mid February) on location in the Canary Islands. The excursion will likely involve a combination of trail running and road cycling in and around the volcanic interior and coastal paths of either Lanzarote or Gran Canaria. 

Content from the shoot is destined primarily for James’s portfolio and social/marketing channels. Each year he undertakes a personal project or road-trip with friends, influencers and models (see here for SS16 SHOOT  and AW15 SHOOT).

 

IN RETURN

– Flights, accommodation and meals
– 50% of any fees received for cover commissions, should editorial titles express an interest in images
