Simon, our CEO and Rick, Client Services Director, headed out to the ISPO outdoor trade show in Munich on Saturday. This four day get-together for professionals in the outdoors industry is a great opportunity to meet up with contacts, clients and associates as well as a chance to check out all the exciting new offering from brands for AW2016 and SS2017.

The ISPO show is housed at the ICM Messe Halle built on the old airport in Munich and to say the building is vast, would be an understatement. Visitors sometimes arrive with mini-scooters to aid them getting around.

The show is divided into zones, each one in a different hall. There are brands in sectors such as; Outdoor, Ski, Action, Health & Fitness, Performance, Sportstyle and Sourcing. Certainly there is something for everyone.

The show is strictly trade only and whilst there is a serious, business-like focus for the four days, there is also a great feeling of fun and camaraderie.
